Why Cosine?

Cosine Additive’s AM1 Printer is top of its class. We believe in an open materials market; this opens the floodgates of your printing possibilities. With our closed chamber and high heat extruder, you are capable of printing exotic materials other printers wish they could. By tweaking these settings right from your printer, testing materials is as easy as a push of a button.

You can personally collaborate with our 3D printing experts by visiting our shop to conduct these experiments.

Can you print it?
Yes, we can.

Material validation and testing is as easy as you shipping your materials to our material testing lab. Here we can test details of your material, like moisture content with our in-house moisture meter, before an attempt to print with it. Not only can you test to see if your material will print, but there are a plethora of settings you can personalize to get the optimal print settings for each material that you send in.

Printing what you need.

Once we have your material printing properly, we can perform any physical tests such as tensile strength and stress tests. Your material can also be stored into our materials database, so your material’s printing properties can be readily accessible. This means whenever you need anything printed with this material, such as test coupons or unique geometries, you can get your print started in a matter of minutes.
